MeowMat.shop provides free standard shipping to customers worldwide.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free for all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Free shipping applies to the transportation charge. Customers may still be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges imposed by the destination country.

Order Processing

After an order is placed, it is reviewed, confirmed, and prepared for shipment.

Orders cannot always be modified or canceled after fulfillment has started. Contact support@meowmat.shop as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery address or order details.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is:

7–10 days

This estimate begins after the order has been prepared and dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local carrier operations, customs processing, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We ship to many destinations worldwide.

International orders may be inspected by customs authorities. Customs processing can result in additional delivery time.

Import duties, local taxes, customs charges, and brokerage fees are determined by the destination country. Unless otherwise required by law, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled by MeowMat.shop.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, the tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Tracking information may require additional time to update after the carrier receives the package. A temporary lack of tracking activity does not necessarily mean the shipment has stopped moving.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please verify the following before submitting an order:

  • Street address and unit number
  • City, province, or state
  • Postal or ZIP code
  • Country
  • Telephone number

Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional arrangements may be required before reshipment or refund.

Delayed Shipments

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has not been delivered and appears lost, contact us with your order number.

We will review the tracking information and may work with the shipping carrier to investigate. Depending on the outcome, we may provide a replacement or refund.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package:

  1. Check around the delivery area.
  2. Ask household members or neighbors.
  3. Contact the local delivery carrier.
  4. Allow a short period in case the carrier updated the status early.
  5. Contact us if the package remains missing.

We will assist where reasonably possible, although the outcome may depend on the carrier’s investigation.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, keep the product, packaging, and shipping label. Contact support@meowmat.shop and provide photographs so we can review the issue.
