At MeowMat.shop, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from our store. We offer free returns and refunds on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To qualify for a return, the product should be:

  • In its original condition
  • Clean and free from excessive pet hair, stains, odors, or damage
  • Returned with its original packaging when reasonably possible
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Products damaged through misuse, improper cleaning, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear may not qualify for a refund.

Starting a Return

To request a return, contact us at support@meowmat.shop and provide:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The product you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photographs if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not return a product without first contacting our support team. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or rejected if we cannot identify the order.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and any applicable return documentation.

Free Returns

MeowMat.shop provides free returns for eligible orders requested within the 30-day return period.

The product must be returned using the instructions provided by our customer support team. Return shipping expenses arranged independently without prior approval may not be reimbursed.

Refunds

After the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are not applicable because we provide free standard worldwide shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery. Contact us promptly if the product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the item ordered.

Include clear photographs of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged or incorrect area

After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, return, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have entered the fulfillment or shipping process.

Contact support@meowmat.shop as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been prepared or transferred to the carrier.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct product exchanges. The simplest option is to return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order for the preferred product, color, or size.

Refund Delays

If an approved refund has not appeared, please first check with your bank or payment provider. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the transaction.
